Begging for help yet I am a Gold Member for 8yrs

I am in the process of fighting McCarthy motors for a deal. It is 3 months that this is going on. They sold me a vehicle under false pretenses. Now the vehicle motor has broken and I started investigating. I found every shred of evidence I needed to beat them in any court. All I needed from Lipco is a letter to state my expectations and some legal advise. More than a month has passed and I still haven't had one word of advise offered. Appearantly a letter was sent but I am still waiting to receive a copy of this letter. I laid complaint after complaint but NOTHING gets done. I am lucky if I get an email a week from them. Even after telling them I want to cancel my services with them they have made no effort to improve their quality of service. I did all the ground work, did all the research, told my legal mediator what to say. But still I am waiting on them. Between them and the CPA they are really a joke. I have now engaged services of another lawyer yet I pay monthly for "your services". What a waste of my money. This is not a mickey mouse case but it is an opened and closed case. Simple .. easy .. the law is on my side yet I have to beg you for your services!!!
