Credit report falsely

I have a payment agreement with them on my standardbank blue bean credit card. i do pay my arranged amount every month. every month they send me an sms or an email saying I havnt paid. when i phone they say its an fault from IT depatment they are very sorry. Last month I paid and then they once again said i havnt and when I drawed an credit report they reported a non payment month.
