Unfair treatment

I have been a member of lipco since December 2009. in 2012 July i had a dispute with geen and richards which I needed legal assistance with. Lipco assigned an incompetend mediator who did nothing and instead gave me bad attitude telling me that my matter was of no priority. after numerous attempt to get help I got Hellopeter to assist me and my matter was resolved. i cancelled my policy and demaned my premiums back as they could not keep to their obligation according to our contract. after a couple of months without luck, I get a proposal of a 6months refund of my premiums which I feel is not fair. I worked hard for my money and lipco could not keep their end of the bargain, why must the still keep my money for doing nothing? Please help
