MBD sent me a section129

I was in Intec collage about 10years ago. I was sponsored by someone. At that time I was underage and was attending class. After 10 years they keep me reliable for this payment. I asked for paperwork and it was stated and sign by the sponsor reliable for payment. They phoned me about 16times and I explained this to them each time. After this they will only tell me that they will come back to me and then keep on sending me sms'es daily. I have phoned sent emails etc. The one time I told them to phone the person responsible were they actually told me to phone this person and ask him to pay them and why he didn't pay??? Why do I have to do this if they don't want to do their job?? I have now received an sms stating they sent me a section 129 and must make payment today.
