After 13 years they contact me

On the 23rd March 2013 i received an sms reading: "THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON YOUR MR PRICE ACC IS R52.32 CALL MBDLC NOWON (011) 560-4524 REF 0278000393372524 AND GET UP TO 50% DISCOUNT. I send them a sms to 0870422460 and told them that i never had a Mr Price acc. They keep on sending me this sms's. On the 28th March 2013 i phone them. Iexplained to the guy that i haven't had a Mr Price acc so he asked if i had a Miladys acc and i said NO. He asked me my name and then he gave me a ID-number that correspond to mine. He told me that the LAST payment made on this acc was 01/01/2000. So how can this people after 13 years contact me and want payment from me i cant even remember having a Miladys acc. I was told to do an affidavit at the policestation, go to Miladys asked for some form that i must fill make a copy of my ID and sign 6 times on it and faxit through to them. Now i asked AFTER 13 YEARS they contact me for a lousy R52.32. If it was my ex husband who opened an account on my name SORRY he passed away about 10years ago. My fiancee said instead of going through all that trouble i must just go and pay that R52.32 but why AFTER 13 YEARS?? Someone woke up or didn't do their homework!!
