Bad service

I paid my account that was in arrears on the 18 September 2013. I made contact with VVM Attorneys for a settlement/paid-up letter on the 19 September 2013 & i was told i have to wait 21 days for the letter. I did so & up until today i have not received a letter. I made contact again today only to find out that they sent the letter to an email account that does not exist anymore. I gave them the correct email address the first time i asked for the letter & they still sent it to the wrong one. Now i am expected to wait another 7 days because of there inability to take down an customers/client instructions to send the letter to the correct email address. For months they have been sending sms's to my wife cell no which i have contacted them on many occasions to correct & send the sms's to my number but they couldn't do that either. Terrible service i must say.
