And still i wait how useless can you be

I requested for my statement 3 weeks ago and till today i await for it, i did specify on my last complaint of which i am still waiting for a respond, i am paying every month but yet my balance keeps going high wow, now i understand why you don't send clients monthly statements because you are ripping us off. 3 weeks when i called in i was told my balance is R1200 now i called in today its R1600 wow, really your agents are really incompetent, i work with customer service everyday and i know how to treat clients the way you are dealing with us as your clients is just not on. i know i am just wasting my energy sending this cause it will not be resolved but i want people that are paying you to know how u do things.

I am sure MBD and MTN use the same maunual for bad customer service cause you all don't know how to treat clients period
