Incorrect Billing

I have been paying one of my accounts off through htn. now they send out an agent which you come to agreement with for the monthly amount. all that was done. then last year while requesting for my statement i noticed that i was charged twice for the agent. i called and was told that my documents were lost and i have to pay so that they could do that whole process again. now i requested for my statement again this year and guess what. I am paying 4 times for the same agent to come see which only happened once. this keeps my balance high as they add interest charges on the account balance
i have been asking for feed back from Hellene and she is yet to responde after 2 weeks. i cannot keep paying for an agent that i have already seen twice. this is unacceptable and totaly wrong
