MBD Attorneys failed to remove illegal listing?

I have been promised feedback on this last month on 26 August 2013 right here on Hello Peter by the "Complaints Officer" and you have not even sent me a single email on this matter, or made a simple phone call.

You have an illegal listing in my name and I also require you to immediately remove me off your database as I DO NOT authorize you to contact me or any of my family members or employers at all.
The only correspondence I wish to receive from you, is an explanation why my Hello Peter complaint was ignored and that my listing is removed and my profile deleted.

You posted on Hello Peter previously that you will resolve this outstanding issue on prescribed debt allegedly incurred by myself, yet you have failed to do so AFTER A MONTH. Continuously ignoring this will not make the matter go away. You are instructed to immediately remove me from your database, clear out the listing off my name and failure to do so, will result in further civil action by myself plus I will report you to the NCR.

I have tried to phone your company over and over again, but the "complaints officer" is never available and no one else has been helpful. Please act on this without further delay.
