I have been a member of lipco legal, was charged in a criminal matter, then came my nighmare with my so called protector Lipco. They pre convicted me with thier so called meritt system, found that I was guilty by their choice, and then refused to pay for an arttorney, then to add insult to injury, they then said the matter happened before the waitting period. So i am now left to pay my own cost, I then approached the oumbudsman, whom after a while ruled that the meritt system used by lipco is unfair, and that thier claim of the watting period was incorrect. I now have to approach the courts for assistance, and possibiliy a civil claim, as I have suffered loss and damage because of lipco legal stance., my life is at a point, the truma that I have gone through with lico legal, is unquestionable, my e mails to them and meetings of my disaproval of the service and their refusal to pay is uncontable.. I and probley others would request that youdont ever consider taling this legal policy out for your protection.
