Transfer of bond

Since march i have been trying to have my ex husbands name removed from my property and registered solely into my name, i was requested to pay upfront which has cost me an amount of /- R21 000 and my ex and myself signed all relevant documents. i was informed that the procedure would take about six weeks. to date we are moving onto the seventh month and absolutely no progress has been made. my documents are constantly completed incorrect and once it is returned and redone i am informed that it is going to be sent to deeds office. My documents have now been corrected for the fourth time and on 12 Sept. I was informed it would take 7 to 10 working days. on phoning today 25th I once again get informed that they are still awaiting certificate from SARS which usually only takes one day and that they have applied again today. i am of the opinion that the documents are now purposely being completed incorrectly. cannot believe the bad service i am receiving from a company who should be professional
