UNPROFFESIONAL, RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF

I am extremely upset with the type of customer service i receive from PRS & Assoiates, i was handed over by 3 diffrent doctors and due to this im dealling with 3 diffrent ladies working at the above company, they dont ask if its a convenient time to speak, they just lash out at a person and has absolutely no telephone eticette when it comes to customer service, on one occasion Mrs. Burgers called me and told me i just wanna know are you gonna pay or not and the next thing she chucked the phone down without saying goodbye, there method of getting clients to pay is viscious and they are extremely cold, threatening people with court orders and the sherrif, they need to be adressed and told that customer service is warming up with your clients and not bewildering people and depressing them by threatening them from left to right. it doesnt mean that one is in a finacial rutt that people can phone you and treat you like an animal, if they do that to me then how do they treat all their other clients, somebody needs to adress them and make them feel the way they make their customers feel, they dont comply to the CPA law at all and their boss must have them quality assesed
