Unable to assist but quick to place Trace alert

Recently queried my credit profile from Trans Union and found a Trace alert from MBD,
Tried calling to find out why and what's it for and they say they'll call me back. WHEN???
I need this Trace alert removed and need answers as soon as possible!
Seems like I'm not the only one with this problem, guess its their way of ripping people off??
