No help, No Service, Bad Attitude from Call cente

No Consultants available on Saturday at Client Credit Management for Current accounts, I had to recharge my account 3X with R55 airtime, meaning I wasted R165 trying to get some help from Nedbank To No Avail.. If they Do Not want to work On staurday Mornings, let it be made Clear; instead of making Clients listen to Non stop Voice Mails and horrible Music... The Contact center agents from 0860555111 cheque accounts havr stinking attitude; they are concerned about logging calls, registering numbers than offering a service... I spoke to 4 different consultants who made me relate a story to them, each time I got cut off; whilst I explained, I needed to be put through to Client Credit management... Now, I have already spent R165 and since I didn't get any Help my debit orders will be reversed, meaning MORE down the drain, because of this useless bank...
