Fourth call

I have been under administration for almost four years now as well as the FNB account that this firm is phoning me about. The consultant that has been calling me, is claiming that she never received the emails I sent her.

Today again she called claiming that she did not receive anything from me. I asked her the 2nd time to call the administrator as I know that they are not suppose to contact me regarding an account that is in arrears. She said that the administrator could not find me on their system.

As the calls are "recorded" why doesn't she play the calls back to hear what i said to her on the previous occasions? (that I got married and also play back the reference no I quoted) Today I faxed the sent emails and the relevant documentation to her that I attached with the last email. Hopefully she recieved it. This is not ayoba. The lady's name is Phindi, I think, because the line is constantly bad when she calls.
