One rude consultant!

On Friday the 19th July I received a call from a consultant named Joseph Tessner regarding an account that I am paying. The phone cut and he never called back any case my mom told me that he called the other day and was so rude to her! Then I called earlier to query something and he started screaming at me I will not tolerate this and I will post on hello peter until I know something is going to be done! I don't think he is suitable for this job he is rude and cannot up hold his position!! He should know how to deal with clients because I work with clients all the time and our calls are recorded! I do not want him to deal with this account I would like someone else to take it over! I have nothing to say to the rude unkind!!
