Claims administrator on the ball, all the time!

I was recently involved in a smash & grab. When I logged the claim, the administrator who assisted was extremely helpful and so sincere. It was my first time claiming from Insure, and she made the claiming process so easy for me as the client. My administrator Neo Lephoto was on the ball, every time! She responded right away to my queries and requests and made my life so much easier. I owe her so much more than just a HP Compliment :-).
