Threatening sms's

I had an @Home account which was in arrears for over 18 months and was eventually handed over to HTN attorneys for collection, I paid up all the outstanding balance that they demanded in January 2013 and yet I still receive sms's demanding I make payment. I called them 4 weeks ago to make them aware of the sms's demanding I pay R-93.48 and was assured that my account was fully paid and should call back in 14 days to request a fully paid letter. Last week Monday I contacted HTN attorneys and made them aware that I still am getting the sms and requested a paid up letter and was told that it would be sent within 24hrs. Its been a week now and instead of getting a letter this morning I once again get an sms demanding payment and threatining me with summons, I contacted the call centre and spoke to Lerato who simply said I must ignore the sms as all clients get them.
Am I missing something here? HTN Attorneys is sending me sms's demanding money and threatening legal action and they simply want me to take a chill pill and be strong simply because they have a flawed system they cannot control!
