Please help remove the judgement on my name

I have a direct axis account that I am paying through Landau Attorneys. Last year in September a consultant came to see me for making a payment arrangement. I agreed to pay R460 a month and he advised me to call their office and confirm that he came to see me and also confirm the amount to pay. Later I checked my credit report and I realised that they have put a judgement on my name. I called the offices to find out why they did it and they told me that it is because by signing the forms I was giving them permission to proceed to court. The question was, how can I call the office to confirm that I will be paying and also pay whereas I gave them permission to proceed to court. I called the consultant and he was also surprised that they have put a judgement on my name. I feel this is not fair, the consultant promised to assist me but up to so far nothing is happening. Please Peter help me and get the judgement out of my name, I am really frustrated.
