And they just don't stop the harrasment

I am up to my ears now with these guys, as in my first complaint, I am still unemployed and earn a minimum amount a week to survive on. I take what I can and try pay the end of every month. I pay on the first of every month, on the 26th I receive an sms saying thank you for your payment. Every single day even though I paid on the 1st of the month I get harassed all hours with e-mails and phone calls all hours of the day. I am tired of all this now, harassment all the time. Don't you people have notes on the system, can you not pick up my payment before the 26th so I don't have to be bothered continuously. pay on the 1st, 26th get a sms saying thank you for your payment and harassed on the 27th again.

This is totally against the consumers rights.
