Stop the Harassment

I submitted a complaint with regards to MBD earlier this month. The only response I had was that they would look into it. The harrasment continues and now I am getting sms's saying that a notice of non payment has been submitted to XDS.This is ruining my credit record. I have repeatedly requested that proof of the claims of debt be furnished to no avail. I m so sick of the calls sms's and emails demanding payments I don't believe are due by me. Cant anything be done to stop these vultures? I believe I am not alone in this witch hunt by these people. It seems they latch on to a name and contact details and just make your life miserable thereafter with no proof of anything. My right to privacy and peace are being violated on a daily basis.
