Now, I am all for paying debt back, as that is the agreement signed with a company. What I really do not like are incompetent customer care (care? ya right) girls that speak to you as if you are an absolute. Dont make the mistake of doing this, as you might be speaking to someone in the media industry that loves to write about these things. Shannon (Supervisor nogal), is the just one of the clueless. I have had several ladies phone me, firstly asking my birth-date, i give them a false one to see if they comply with the law. Even though it is wrong they still go ahead and divulge everything about my account. When i point this out they say well u answered back so we know it is you... SAY WHAT? Shannon tells me everyone knows my voice, ok? i say how do they know, she says your voice is your voice... bwhaahaa you kidding me? She also by mistake gives me some info on all the comments from the ladies that have phoned me. Defamatory is an understatement. When I ask for the past conversations to be emailed to me, she says send an email. Nee skat, doesnt work like that. Do your job that you are paid to do, dont treat people like. I await a response.
