Mtn account NOT resolved

Adriaan van der Linde (my son) lives and works in the UK. He has/had a Mtn contract for the past 10 yrs. This contract was due for upgrade Aug 2012.
While Adriaan was still overseas an upgrade was made on his Mtn acc on 13 Aug 2012 . Old contract was R97 per month- The new upgrade was R588.42p.m. This money was taken from Adriaan's account and even after he contacted Mtn by phone and e-mail several times the matter was not resolved.
Next VVM came on the scene. I faxed, e-mailed and phoned several times to explain and also sent them avidavits as prove that Adriaan was not in SA at the time that upgrade was done. Visas with entry and exit dates etc.correspondence with Mtn.
Adriaan was in SA in Dec 2012, went to Mtn Mennlyn to try and resolve this. Talked to Ismael Moreroa REF:5830572 on 6/12/2012. promise to investigate and rectify. The matter was given over to VVM
This morning I received a final request for R1829.63 payment from VVM. Adriaan did not receive a new phone; his account was blocked as from Sept 2012 and everytime someone new is on the case and apparently they can't view the documents they requested.
