I forwarded an e mail on Thursday requesting that my cancellation date of 23 November must be loaded as I will migrade this number to Vodacom due to the pathetic and unacceptable manner in which this upgrade was handled, is this how a client of nearly 18 years are treated, I am totally disgusted to say the least.
