Premium Air Conditioning is a LG sertified distributor and I ordered parts for a LG aircon for a customer on 12/12/2013 and I was told that the parts would take2 days to be delivered. Monday was a public holliday so I called on Tiesday to find out where the parts were and I was told that they can't get hold of LG Head Office to confirm what is going on. I got LG head office's number from the net and got hold of them the first time and a very helpfull gentleman Willie helped me and said that Premium has not sent ANY emails regarding the query of the parts. I thanked him for his effort in helping me and called Adriaan on his mobile phone where there was no answer for the second time. I called the office and spoke to the sales person Isaac whom was responsible for the order and he gave the phone to Adriaan. I then asked Adriaan what is going on because the order is taking very long and I promiced my customer that I will fit the parts on Wednesday. He told me he would get back to me within 10min. The next day Wednesday I called again with not satisfaction and on Thursday when I called and spoke to Adriaan I was told to off and go and buy somewhere else how is that for cust service
