Terrible customer service and filthy attitude

I called Revco yesterday to enquire about an sms I received regarding an arrangement. I got through to Cybil who always call me to tell me I must pay my account and doesn't have any costumer service skills. I asked her what the sms means because I never arranged with anyone and her response was. " Don't you want sms's then just pay your account and get it over with" I'm a call centre manager and my agents are trained to respect who ever they speak to regardless of the age, race or amount due on their account. I asked her to put me through to her superior and she continued insulting me and saying I always wanna call in and complain about sms's but Ive never called to this company in my life this was my first and last time. She's always rude and disrespectful to me but this was the last straw. I want action to be taken against her and I dont want her handeling my account anymore otherwise I'll pay when I feel I want to pay as my payments everymonth is clearly not good enough for this lady who thinks the money belongs to her. I want this call to be assessed as Im extremely unhappy with this and want feedback as to what was done ASAP
