Paying past4yrs and still today

I took out a loan with Credit U long time and I defaulted like most people, They then garnished me on my salary of which it was okay. First two months I paid R500 of which I told them I couldn't afford that much, decreased to R350.00 a month. The amount owing including allother cost they added amounted to R11257.86. I have been paying them since December 2009 and now when I request a balance I am told I still owe R3000 and some odds. What I do not understand is that, I have paid them back about R18900.00 already to this far and I still owe them? Whenever I call Sara Morgan, she never knows how to explain teh balance to me but instead gets very rude and cheeky with me and always drops the fone on me while talking to her. I need my money back that I have already overpaid you with and stop the garnishee on my salary.
