No Information about how much i am still owing

I had an account with Home choice which i skipped paying and without notifying me they defaulted the acc and i only found it from Transunion when i was checking my reports, but i disputed the defaults and it was ok, now i got a message from Capitec that they will not help me with my request for increasing my monthly instalment because i have been owing Home Choice for more than six months. I am surprised cause my l instalment was December and i have been paying R500 from August. I have been calling them sending them the emails but their respond is the acc is with their agency which i send emails several times without any respond, but to my suprise if i pay today those people will call me the following day and ask me when am i going to pay without sending any information of how much i am still owing. To tell you the last time i saw my balance was R2134 and i have already paid R2000 but i dont know whether the money goes in on not i am in darkness i didn't't pay the hundred rand this month causei was told i have been owing Home choice for more than 6 months. Can they please clarify whether the money is not coming to their acc or i am paying a ghost. I did an agreement with them not agency.
