Garnishee Order was delivered at my workplace u

I took a loan of R400 with Cash SA, last year. I am not disputing the loan, but I am refusing to pay back 11 times more the original loan amount.
PLEASE SEE BELOW THE LEGAL STEPS THAT HAVENT BEEN FOLLOWED BY THERE ATTORNEYS REGARDING ISSUING IF THE GARNISHEE ORDER (ANDRIE VAN DER WALT ATTORNEYS)
1. I didn't sign any garnishee order and was not informed that my salary will be garnished. According to law I should be notified that a garnishee order has been applied for.
2.No affordability assessment was done with my HR to see if I can afford this garnish order since I have already 3 other garnishee orders on my salary and that I am taking advances on my salary to survive. I will attach a copy of my payslip to confirm the above.
3. The law also stipulate that a garnishee order must be obtained in courts within the jurisdiction of the debtor's home of workplace. The garnishee order must then be granted in a court nearest to your home or work place. In this instance I am staying and working in Johannesburg and the court order was granted in Magistrate Court for the District of Ermelo.
Therefore I will not pay the R4169.11 demanded from me on the Garnishee Order. You can take me to court I am
