Garnishee that never ends

I was garnished by these lawyers for 4 years now for 28 000 thn they double the amount i paid 1000 rand a month from 2010 till now but the money is a huge amount. When i ask them they told me about the 15%interest on the amount that im owing. When i ask them how long is going to take to pay that amount they just send me the balance. Now i think its been too long paying the matter must be investigated. And they did agree with my payroll for the monthly payment i didnt sign for it
