I Pay for a service but no service

My company joined up with Destiny Lex legal insurance and when it came to the time we want to claim there has been problem after problem... they debit my account every month but i cant get services from them. now i want to cancel but i want all my premiums i paid refunded!!! lets see how this goes will keep u posted... this company is a!!!
