Terrible customer service

Prior to moving into my house the seller ripped out the pipe for the washing machine waste water. I reported this to my estate agent who in turn informed the attorneys (Leeuwener Maritz) to sort out the issue. I thought this would be a small thing to rectify.

After 1 week of no news I re-lodged my complaint and again I reassured that the seller has organized a contractor to come fix the problem in that week. It has almost been a month and I have had no feedback whatsoever. Also I have no copy of the electrical compliance certificate.

I discourage any friends and family to deal with Leeuwener Maritz as the service is very poor. I have not received a single phone call concerning these matters.
