INSOLVENT / STILL BILLED

I was summons to appear in the magistrate court in Kestell freestate, personal issue with a brother in law, his representative Hattingh and Marais. i was declared insolvent after my brother in law lend me the money out of his business account we had a agreement between me and him. Im summons as he presume i owe his company now money and wants 1000 rand a month i told him and his lawyer january 2013 cant afford it anymore cant we settle for a less amount, i was summons again to apear in court 17/5/13 i did not go i was informed by the laywers secratary they will grant a garnishing order so i said its fine, now i receive a letter threatening me that my furniture is going to be written up, im staying in a furnished apartment which they are well aware off - please can you assist me with some kind of help
