Several requests for paid up lette

I still have not received any Paid up letter and you guys got the nerve to respond and say that you have send the letter, maybe i sould now get the lawyers involved because im unable to apply for any credit due to the Vodacom account still showing on my credit profile and Vodacom said they will not be able to remove the status on my profile until i get a paid up letter from you, is it that really hard to send a piece of paper to me.
