Lawyers that do not know whats going on

We had our debt handed over to the above lawyers...
Contacted them to get balance to settle. They gave me the balance and this was ridiculous and could not understand what is all the fees for.
Contacted them back spoke to a lady called SOnja Venter, she goes on and on about the case and then she said that we owe from 2005 which was a complete joke for me because we were still in school that time?? they do not know how to check balances and statements.
She then said my husbands name and this was incorrect as well which was even a bigger joke. I stopped her in the middle of her sentence and said I don't know who is she talking about because my husband is not Paul???

She then discovered they sent me the wrong statement and file... Lawyers???
How can Lawyers be so incompetent Really???
