Refusal of kids

I've been handed over to the lawyers of Laerskool Krugersdorp Noord Norienes.
Before I knew I was handed over I tried to make an arrangement for the fees, which I was denied. That afternoon we received an sms from the lawyers.
I contacted the lawyers the next morning. A week later I contacted them again and another week later I contacted them again. Up to now I've had NO response from the lawyers. In the mean time the school is refusing my kids.
I've spoken to the school yesterday and explained that I will pay the full balance today. I asked if my kids are allowed back on Wednesday and they said yes.
This morning I receive an email stating that they refuse to accomodate my children because I've been handed over to the lawyers.
So even if I pay the full outstanding money as well as upfront they are still denying my kids the education they need.
My eldest daughter is GR1 next year and they are treating her registration as "late" even though it was sent through in the time frame stipulated by them.
My kids are truly happy with their school and now I have to make alternative arrangements for the rest of the year.
I just feel that it is bad service from them.
