Bad Attitude and Threats

Mrs Smit from Trace online collects debt on behalf of Old Mutual Bank, phoned @ 09:30, Thurs 30th May about a payment arrangement. I politely told her I couldn't speak to her @ that time could she please callback @ 13:15 sameday, she blew a fuse, before slamming the phone, she shouted that I was wasting her time and would execute a legal action - shortly therafter I received an sms that a garnishee order of R3500 and/or warrant of execution will be served. I phoned back @ 11:30 and spoke to Vuyo and voiced my displeasure asking for alternatives. Yes I owe OM Bank and has not been able to always meet my obligation due to numerous financial commitments, but does it give Mrs Smit the right to speak and treat me like this? If calls are recorded, kindly listen to it.
