Unauthorised garnishing by Absa lawyers

Absa handed me over to it's lawyers after i was slowly paying. I settled the Absa debt and they (lawyers) continued deducting from my bank account whilst garnishing me at the same time. At some point my debt was at R3000 and further went up to R8000. All this between 2011 and current.
I would like this matter to be resolved once and for all as no one from the lawyers is able to tell why am i being garnished.
