I paid my account in full in October 2012 and was advised as per the letter dated 22 October 2012 with reference number MVP010000005 that the information will be sent for update to the credit bureau. I phoned again in November as the information had still not been updated and to my surprise today when I was declined by ABSA for my car finance because of this listing as still negative against my name and no paid up reference.

I have emailed Joan van Niekerk but have not received a response. This is totally unacceptable. So quick to list you but so slow to fix it.
