I think i am being defrauded

My name is Vuyiswa Rose Ntozakhe and i work in mt frere now. Some time back i took a loan with a certain white man in kokstad.my salary was stopped in 2008 and i was unable to pay.i guess this gentleman then instructed SD Coetzee to collect for him and this was being deducted directly from the department and the sum being R350-00. in 2012/03/30 i was owing them a sum of R751.50 and i the account was paid up during the year. The debit then went away from my payslip.now i am surprised that this year on the 28/02/2013 a sum of R350-00 was deducted and the amount that i owed was said to be R16964.65.i beg to dispute this because i am fully aware that i have paid this money and it might be more than 10 times the amount i borrowed. i am also aware that the same SD Coetzee also operates as Van Huyssteen en Coetzee and they took to the tune of R11951.50 from me and i paid that in full. I wish to appeal with SD Coetzee to refund me as i am going to report the matter to the law society. The conduct is horendous and very . the account reflects the same reference number in my payslip.
