Very bad service

I received very bad service, no feed back, i was doing all the running around and phoning everyone for the transfer of my properly, i spend so much money on all the phone calls, and always you'll are to busy to take out calls, and still got billed R 2300 for a bond cancellation? and the buyer 9000? for what?
