ACCESS BOND - MONEY NOT TRANSFERRED

On Saturday September 28 I went to Nedbank (Centurion Mall) to request a transfer of my money from my access bond account.By Wednesday October 2 the money was not transferred. I called the bank 2 x, twice they promised to call me back. I spoke to Charlotte who was trying to transfer me to the supervisor but Charlotte kept coming back saying the phone is busy but they promise to phone me back. At 3:45 I called again but no luck, again I was promised a call back. At 5 I called again and no answer, guess they have closed for the day.

Nedbank prides itself on its extended working hours, I think they need to focus more on their customer service. This is unacceptable service.
