I, ve been trying to get hold of some one who can help me at vodacom for the past 5 months with no luck, on the 09/10/2013 vodacom delivered a black berry to me as discussed with Jerome Govender which the track pad was, nt working properly and the memory card could, nt store anything, at times the phone is as good as not having any it freezes up to a week or two i cant received or make calls nor can i view my messages. when ever i try to call jerome its either his out of office or his busy so says Eve, whom i told that they must come and collect the phone cause what im paying for is useless she the promised to call me back a few times and im still awaiting for her call or Jeromes response to this problem im having, im just tired of vodacoms incompetance and the run around im getting its a waste of my time and money i want nothing to do with them ever again i just need them to come and get their phone
