Mr Kopela - The worst customer service eve

Firstly he was rude, when I asked him to speak to me in proper manner he told me I was born 1986 and Im telling a person born 1972 that he is being rude. He raised his voice at me and didnt even end up actioning what was supposed to be done on my account.
Im utterly disgusted in the manner he spoke to me and I have never been so degraded in my life. Regardless of whether Im making a payment arrangment or not I am still a client and should be treated with respect.
Im so furious and disguted and sickened by the whole phonecall. There was no proffesionalism or repsect
PATHETIC!!! AND DISGUSTING!!!
