I received a call from Mr Price nevr got the consulatant name, her arrange for payment and i sd i will do this by month end, Agent continue to ask me the same question over and over and i reaised my voice bt not in a rude manner to say i sd month end, the consultant raised his voice to me in a bad tone screaming that that he can hear that i did not want to speak, very pressumptious because if i did not want t spk i would not have answered the call, when i told him Dont raise you voice at me young man i am your client, he stayed quiet and when i asked him for his name he hung up the call, Very disgusted in this service all client regardless of the status on their accounts should be treated with dignity and respect and if companies does not provide good client service to ALL client they might as well close their doors, i expect this consultant to be approached about the matter and not to treat any client regardless of arrears with such bad attaitude and tone, no crime was committed.
