I have also received an sms from JM attorneys threatening blacklisting on credit bureau for an outstanding account of R2135.85. I called and was assisted by a rude consultant not caring about what I had to say at all. I cannot remember ever joining Health and Raquet and when I requested a copy of my so-called contract taken out in "1996", I was told that if I want it I have to send an affidavit.

I was also told that I have been paying via debit orders, but have failed to do so now for 21 months. Surely I would have known if I had been paying H&R since 1996?? I was also asked to confirm all my personal info ie address, id nr etc in a very sly way, under the impression that if I provided this info it would provide clarity on this matter, but I was fooled.

I requested proof of any kind of contact made with myself since 1996. I was just told that this account is on my name so I remain responsible and finished. Further on, H&R became bankrupt in 2000??? The more I explained that I have had not had a contract with H&R and that I have never been contacted ever before the more I was shut up.

If JM attorneys blacklist me I will sue them for defamation and.
