As in so many of the complaints I've read, I am being harassed via sms and phone for an alleged debt for the health and raquet club. I asked in 2004 for a signed contract as I never had one. They could not furnish it then. In December I suddenly start receiving threatening sms's about blacklisting and credit beurea, which I ignored. Today a phone call from an incompetent staff member in a call centre insisting on payment! I asked her for proof and her reply, 'How would I have your phone number and name if I did not have paperwork to prove that you had a contract.' Really?!

How can we get this to stop? Despite expiry of the debt, they can't even furnish alleged documentation to prove the debt ever existed in the first place.

How many complaints need to be posted on here for them to stop their harassment? Surely there is a legal board which can discipline them?
