Unethical Behaviou

I was contacted by June Canham about a week ago with regards to making payment arrangements for a Capfin loan. I did accept to make payment as I was employed at the beginning of May since October 2012. A form was to be filled to arrange the debit however I was unable to print the page and fax it as it costs money which I dont have currently. June calls me today and doesnt even give me a chance to speak in an angry manner just rambles off telling me I never followed her orders and threatens to send the sheriff to my work place. Before even allowing me to speak she then drops the phone in my ear which totally unacceptable as she represents a firm that should have ethics and as a supervisor what example do you set for your staff? Does the FAIS legislation in South Africa allow for a representative to call on a recorded line and speak in any tone and manner?

I personally believe she has went against every law in the General Code Conduct with regards how clients should be treated and action should be taken against such people who infringe the rights of others. You cant call and threaten people to make payment especially if their circumstances dont allow them to.
