Rude!!!

I phone in to sort out my debit order because there were two months (June & August) where the money never went off my account because my debit order is for the 27th but i started a new job on the 1st July 2013 so i get paid later. I did not take this ladies name because she was so rude that i was shocked in the manner this lady is acting. She didn't give me chance to speak telling me i'm clever i take all my money out of my bank account before the 27th so that i don't pay them and the more i'm trying to explain that i get paid the 28th the more she is going on with me saying i don't want to pay the account and a lot more things which i can't even remember. I'm totally disgusted by this attitude especially from lawyers who should be professional.
