It's a never ending story

After lodging a complaint I received two telephone calls and MBD was quick to lodge "resolved" on this website. The matter is far from resolved, as MBD are not honouring their written proposal and are continuously sending letters and don't reply to telephone calls or emails. MBD seems to want to spend monies and are unwilling to resolve issues. Maybe their workload is just to big... Could someone with authority to make decisions please contact me.
